VIQU are partnering with a leading professional services organisation seeking a Technology Demand Manager to manage inbound technology demand and a portfolio of small change and BAU projects. Working closely with infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, you will ensure requirements are scoped, prioritised, governed, and delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities of the Technology Demand Manager:
Manage inbound technology demand from initial request through to delivery
Assess, scope, prioritise, and schedule small change and BAU projects
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, costs, and delivery timescales
Coordinate internal technology teams and third-party suppliers
Oversee supplier delivery, governance, budgets, POs, and performance
Act as a key link between technology teams, business stakeholders, and vendors
Drive improvements across demand, change, and delivery processes
Key Experience Required of the Technology Demand Manager:
Experience managing IT demand, small change, or technology delivery
Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams
Experience working with infrastructure or technology teams
Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience
Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, costs, and delivery timelines
Experience working within structured governance and change processes
Strong project planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
Insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment would be desirable
