Db2 for z/OS Specialist - Automation & DR Lead

HSBC UK is seeking a Db2 for z/OS Systems Programmer to manage and optimise a large UK database estate, supporting 50+ subsystems across mainframes with resilience and performance at pace.

You will install and test Db2 for z/OS releases, maintain Db2 and tooling, support distributed connections, monitor performance, automate recovery, and lead capacity planning while collaborating with technical and operational teams.
