Manchester Metropolitan University is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused and highly organised Hospitality Operations Co-ordinator to help deliver exceptional hospitality experiences across our vibrant city-centre campus.
Reporting to the Hospitality & Events Duty Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering a diverse range of hospitality services, including conferences, VIP events, corporate meetings, university ceremonies and special functions. This is a hands on operational role where no two days are the same.
You'll lead from the front, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standards while providing excellent customer service, supervising hospitality teams, managing resources and contributing to the continued success and growth of our hospitality operation.
