Senior Psychometrician - Hybrid, CAT & Digital Assessments

Cambridge University Press is seeking a Senior Psychometrician to design and apply psychometric methods for high-quality, scalable digital assessments. You will translate theory into practical solutions and work with cross-functional teams to operationalise psychometric processes.

You will lead calibration and validation, contribute to adaptive testing initiatives, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
