Digital & Customer Experience Analyst - Hybrid Impact

Severn Trent Water is seeking a Digital & CustomerExperience Analyst based in Coventry to join our Colleague Experience team within the Technology function. You will work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, shape technology solutions, and define both as is and to be states, transforming business needs into tangible specifications.

You will conduct workshops, map processes, and translate requirements into clear documentation, with experience across Agile or Waterfall
