Lead Data Platform Engineer - DataOps & Cloud Reliability

Capital One is looking for a Lead Data Platform Engineer to own resilience, scalability and security of our core financial data ecosystem in a regulated cloud environment. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on building automated, self-healing data platforms for high-throughput batch and real-time workloads.

You'll lead architecture, implement secure data movement, and mentor onsite/offshore teams while optimizing performance and cost in AWS.
