Design Leader - UX, Strategy & Delivery (Hybrid)

Capital One seeks a Product Design Manager (UX) to lead part of a multidisciplinary design team across UX, UI and Copy. Based in London or Nottingham with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office, 2 remote), you will partner with Product, Engineering and Research to craft end-to-end experiences balancing user needs and business goals.

The role requires advocating for user-centered design, leading design systems work, and collaborating across partners.
