Data & AI Ops Lead: CMDB, AIOps & Insights

Capgemini is seeking a Data & AI Ops Lead to oversee the strategic design, implementation and operational management of the ServiceNow CMDB, data, and AI Ops capabilities in a multi-domain telecom environment.

You will lead CMDB governance, drive AI Ops enablement, and coordinate integrations across monitoring platforms, OSS systems and cloud environments while providing leadership and collaboration across teams.
