Responsibilities
- Ensure that current projects are meticulously budgeted and executed.
- Work in partnership with Regional and Market Property Services (PS) Leads, PS IT, Real Estate Services, Future State Architecture, AI Governance and Cyber Security teams to ensure end-to-end delivery alignment.
- Build and maintain a directory of internal and external stakeholders; attend relevant working groups and industry forums to maintain awareness of project management and technology trends.
- Have experience of managing large-scale, multi-million dollar capital projects within a global organisation, across several markets.
- Have experience in global security technology deployments.
- Prefer strong foundational knowledge of enterprise physical security systems (e.g., Software House CCure, March Networks VMS, and PACOM).
- Exceptional budget management skills with a proven track record of managing large CapEx budgets and multi-year forecasting cycles.
- Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across different time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
