L&D Facilitator - Revenue CycleLondon: based at 2 Cavendish Square with travel to Prestatyn, Birmingham and Manchester as requiredFull-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - FridayPermanent ContractWe're looking for a L&D Facilitator Revenue Cycle to join our Centre of Excellence Learning and Development team, based in London.In this role, you'll support colleagues across our Revenue Cycle function to build the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to deliver consistently high standards in their roles. Working closely with operational teams, you'll help shape and deliver learning that strengthens performance, improves service delivery and creates a more connected way of working. With a mix of face to face, virtual and digital training, and regular travel to Prestatyn, Birmingham and Manchester, you'll work across a wide network, building strong relationships and helping teams feel supported, capable and confident in their day to day roles.As an L&D Facilitator Revenue Cycle, you'll take ownership of designing and delivering engaging, practical training that reflects the realities of the role. This is a hands on position where you'll move between facilitating sessions, creating content and collaborating with stakeholders to understand what great looks like in practice. You'll play an important role in bringing consistency to how teams operate, helping to embed processes, improve service quality and support colleagues to reach full productivity.With exposure across multiple areas including Front and Back office functions, Contact Centre and Patient Access, you'll have the opportunity to continuously develop your own skillset while shaping how learning is delivered across the business.Above all else, we're committed to the care and improvement of human life.
