This includes owning the end to end CRM lifecycle across accounts, leads, opportunities, contacts and workflows, and embedding best practice across Sales and Customer Service model driven apps.You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to lead discovery, requirements gathering and scoping, translating needs into clear priorities and a well managed backlog. You'll shape and deliver the D365 roadmap, supporting adoption and helping teams get real value from the platform.You'll also play a key role in how we use data. From designing appropriate data structures in Dataverse to supporting reporting and visualisation through tools like Power BI, you'll help ensure data is trusted, accessible and meaningful. Alongside this, you'll line manage and coach colleagues, creating a supportive environment where people can grow their skills and confidence.What you'll bringYou'll have strong, hands on experience delivering and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ideally within complex or multi stakeholder environments. You'll be comfortable configuring and enhancing D365 Sales and Customer Service apps, working closely with internal developers and third party Microsoft partners.You'll bring a deep understanding of the Power Platform and how it complements Dynamics 365, alongside solid experience in requirements gathering, scoping and stakeholder management. You'll also have a good grasp of CRM data structures and visualisation, with experience using tools such as Power BI.
