OD, L&D & EDI Strategy Lead

Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Organisational Development and Learning & Development Team in Greater London. The role involves developing and implementing strategies that align with the Council's objectives, enhancing workforce capabilities, and ensuring compliance with policies.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in OD, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships. The position is full-time with a contract of three months, encompassing 36 hours per week.
