Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager - EMEA
Location: London, Chester or Dublin
Role Summary
Lead the Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) team for the EMEA region, overseeing threat intelligence operations, analysis, and dissemination. Collaborate with global teams to maintain continuous threat visibility through the Follow the Sun model and deliver actionable intelligence to support cyber defence outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional threat intelligence analysts and operations.
- Collaborate with defensive control owners, incident response, threat research teams, and global counterparts.
- Ensure seamless intelligence handover and coverage across regions.
- Maintain consistent delivery of actionable intelligence throughout the Follow the Sun cycle.
- Contribute to product assessments, process improvements, and security enhancements.
- Provide regional leadership in developing detective, preventative, and proactive controls.
Qualifications
- Experience performing cyber threat intelligence in a corporate or operational environment.
- Leadership experience in Cyber Security with a focus on CTI.
- Managing teams of analysts and technical contributors.
- In-depth knowledge of tactics, techniques, and procedures for cybercrime, insider threat, and state and non state actors.
- Proficiency in collecting, analysing, and delivering cyber threat intelligence across multiple sources.
- Strong communication skills - summarising intelligence to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to apply enrichment, correlation, and attribution techniques.
- Experience with Follow the Sun models and cross regional coordination.
- Understanding of offensive security concepts and threat vectors (DDoS, malware, phishing).
- Experience with threat intelligence platforms, tools, and vendors.
- Support or involvement in incident response or major security investigations.
