Risk and Quality ManagerLondon, The Harley Street ClinicFull timePermanent, 37.5 hours per weekSalary: Competitive + benefitsWe're looking for an experienced Risk and Quality Manager to join our Governance team based in The Harley Street Clinic.As the Risk & Quality Manager, you will lead on the implementation and delivery of a range of clinical governance activities with a particular focus on risk, incidents and investigations, whilst supporting The Harley Street Clinic to meet the regulatory requirements of external standards and inspections.The ideal candidate will be a specialist resource, using knowledge and experience of clinical governance, with a particular focus on risk and incident management. This will include managing and coordinating investigations and responses of all incidents, which involves liaising with Heads of Department and the Senior Leadership Team. They will also ensure compliance to the Duty of Candour requirements and be responsible for developing systems and implementing processes to ensure organisational wide learningExcellent communication and a proven ability to implement change, or new systems, are essential for the role. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and be experienced in clinical governance.Above all else, we're committed to the care and improvement of human life.
