Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

My client is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, specialising in data cabling and IT infrastructure services. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Data Cabling Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of IT data cabling projects. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a solid understanding of data cabling and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects in a fast paced environment, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage data cabling projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of data cabling systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage project documentation and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high performance and motivation.
  • Develop relationships with existing and new clients.
Requirements

Experience in delivering Data Cabling Projects in the Enterprise market

  • Experience in project management, preferably in data cabling or a related industry.
  • Good knowledge of data cabling standards, protocols and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work with an engineering resource on multiple sites at any given time.
