EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOWWe're looking for an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to play a key leadership role within our Portfolio Management Office. This is a great opportunity to shape how programmes and projects are delivered across Severn Trent, helping to drive consistency, maturity and continuous improvement across our change portfolio.
Working closely with project and programme teams, you'll lead the development and embedding of PMO frameworks, standards and processes, ensuring they are practical, effective and fully adopted. You'll also provide clear insight through high quality reporting and management information, supporting confident decision making at all levels.
As a senior member of the team, you'll coach and support colleagues, contribute to the ongoing development of PMO capability, and help raise the profile of the PMO through strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll be doingYou'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we're looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
