Job Title: Agile Delivery Coach
Salary: £66,900 - £91,950
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (at least 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Help shape the future of agile delivery at Cambridge University Press and Assessment.
We're looking for an Agile Delivery Coach to play a central role in strengthening how our technology teams collaborate, deliver value, and continuously improve across our English business. This is a hands on leadership position that combines direct line management, strategic thinking and practical coaching to help teams adopt effective delivery practices, improve alignment, and work with clarity, accountability and purpose.

You will help teams navigate this shift, embedding approaches that enhance predictability and flow while still encouraging innovation and learning.

About the RoleYou will help embed Agile ways of working that support both adaptability and reliable delivery. Working with teams across the UK, Spain, Manila and with global vendors, you will ensure our delivery practices are effective, collaborative and aligned with organisational priorities.
