Our Derbyshire Environmental Waste Networks Team is looking for a new Network Technician to join their team out of our Raynesway office.
You'll work with other Network Technicians and work close with Technical Experts in your county to protect our sewer network and assets. Your priority will be working through proactive tasks to maintain our network, this will include things like: Combined Sewer Overflow, Non-return Valve, Air Valve, Syphon and Oil Interceptor inspections. There is also an element of reactive response tasks you will do such as assisting with customer investigations and misconnection surveys.

With this being such a critical role, we're looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working from Monday - Thursday 8:00am-16:00pm and Fridays 8:00am - 15:30pm with a compulsory shared standby rota, which includes evenings and weekends. Any additional technical training required will also be covered.

It is imperative that you hold at minimum of a standard driving license and would be preferred if you held a C1 or a Class 2.
The works you will be doing will involve recording and documenting your jobs with a laptop and phone, so experience using this technology would be necessary.
