Role OverviewReporting into IT leadership, the IT Change & Performance Lead owns the end to end IT Change Management process and leads IT performance reporting and insight. You will act as a trusted point of coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring change is well planned, clearly communicated, and delivered with minimal disruption.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role requires regular collaboration, and therefore time in the office is important. You will need to attend the head office in Dartford, Kent.
