Cyber Security Consultant - Programme

Our Relaunch Programme is aimed at supporting talented professionals back into the business by providing a tailored 6-month programme to help refresh and update existing skills as well as developing confidence. We understand that you won't necessarily match every requirement on the job description but will have some relevant previous experience and a willingness to learn and further develop your skills in this area. The job on offer

Joining Capgemini's Global Cybersecurity Practice (of over 4,000 professionals globally), you'll have access to innovative projects, with support from talented cybersecurity colleagues at the top of their game who'll help you learn and develop your skills and support you on the pathway to relevant certifications.

We deliver projects, consulting and managed run services in all areas of IT and OT, from networks to cloud services and everything in between. Our services include high-level consulting, strategy and business case development, architecture design, implementation and managed operations across all market sectors including government and secure sectors. You will provide a security consulting capability to our clients as a trusted authority, delivering secure solutions as well as having the option to get involved in the full range of pre- and post- sales security consulting activities.

Your role

We'll give you the support you need to develop as a Cyber Security Consultant and your work with us will span one or more of the following areas:

• Risk assessment and risk management
• Operational technology or industrial control systems
• Data management and storage
• Cloud or Network security
• Audit event recording and analysis
• Securing mobile data and devices
• Secure Applications - architecture, software development, testing varying forms of compliance
• Providing input to and/or crafting specialist points of view for the market and where appropriate presenting at industry events.
• Collaborating with a broad range of colleagues and client staff across both technical and non-technical areas

Your profile

You will be comfortable working alone (in time) or as part of a team making use of your experience in one or more of the following:

• Familiarity with and participation in delivery of secure solutions.
• Strong consulting and business development skills.
• Ability to balance risk against other requirements like usability, agility, cost.
• business analysis, business cases and roadmaps.

Knowledge or willingness to learn one or more of the following:

• Azure, AWS, Google cloud, ISMS, ISO27000, DRM, SDLC, OT, ICS, Mobile Security,
