An overview of the role:

The focus of your role is to help clients understand the impact and meaningful business growth opportunities of adopting new technologies to enhance workplace and employee experience. You will advise clients on technology change and adoption throughout any stage of business transformation programmes. You will assist them in understanding the impact of new technologies and supporting the change, through training, adjusting existing business processes and communicating change.

You will care about people and employee experience, taking a people-centric approach to technology change. You will carry out stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments. You will be proactive in delivery, aiming to deliver on time and above client expectation.

As businesses evolve to adapt to the digital age, the need for a modern and digital workplace and employee experience is ever more pertinent. You'll bring experience in transforming businesses through defining technology change approaches, maximising user adoption and providing change and communications plans for projects.

You'll be confident working in a technology change environment - but may not necessarily have an IT background or be an expert in IT - you will bring proven skills and experience at leading and delivering management consultancy projects.

  • Consulting or advisory experience with a focus on digital change and technology adoption
  • Providing advisory within the IT project delivery space, including building business engagement, communications, and training plans
  • Conducting user research to understand current employee pain points and tailor the adoption approach to improve employee experience
  • Building business engagement and digital adoption approaches for technology driven transformation programmes or projects
  • Experience of change activities such as stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessment
  • Creating strategies to maximise technology adoption while minimising resistance for IT initiatives
  • Defining KPIs to assess current state of technology adoption and track the evolution towards project goals and future risks
