The department is accelerating adoption of Microsoft Copilot, with a strategic shift towards agentic solutions that accelerate workflows and process efficiency.
To support this, we are establishing early-stage engineering capability in agentic development. This role is suited to candidates who already have some hands-on experience designing or building agents, automation workflows or intelligent process solutions and who are looking to deepen their expertise in this emerging space. This represents a natural evolution of skills across Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and automation engineering.
Successful candidates will further develop their capabilities in agentic design and implementation while delivering use cases of controlled complexity. The role will expand experience in integration patterns, orchestration and AI-driven solution design, contributing to the development of a scalable internal capability.
This is not solely a delivery role, but a structured capability-building opportunity, enabling the organisation to grow and mature its expertise in a critical and rapidly evolving area.
Job description
As an Infrastructure Engineer-Co-pilot AI , you will develop into a proficient practitioner and role model in designing and delivering agentic solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Co-pilot and AI-driven solutions. You will benefit from structured coaching, peer support and training opportunities to build your expertise. This will enable you to gain hands-on experience in developing, configuring and deploying agents, co-pilots and intelligent automation solutions and to apply this knowledge to promote best practices across the organisation.
You will contribute to shaping the direction for designing and delivering high-quality, scalable agentic solutions that integrate with Microsoft 365, Power Platform and broader enterprise systems. This includes defining reusable solution patterns, promoting consistency and ensuring robust implementation of orchestration, context handling, and AI-driven workflows.
Working closely with multi-disciplined teams, you will contribute to the design of infrastructure required to run agentic solutions at scale
