Job description DWP teams need information about how our digital services are being used and whether they meet our users' expectations and needs. Gathering and analysing this insight helps us make better, more-informed choices. Your mission will be to create innovative analytical solutions to uncover previously unidentified or hard to isolate insights. To do this, you'll need to understand the data problem the service needs to solve or question that needs to be answered and implement data collection and analysis solutions. As a data analyst, you will: Provide expert advice and make sure you deliver high quality analysis, refining and challenging requests to ensure the most useful analysis is produced. Work autonomously, embedded within a multi-disciplinary product team but also being part of a supportive data and analytics team. Make sure the product team has access to the best evidence possible and are using it in designing and optimising a cross-organisation collaboration service. Influence strategy and business outcomes by making sure evidence is reliable, trustworthy and robust. Be skilled in digital performance analysis and configuring and deploying digital log analytics solutions, particularly using Azure and Power BI.
