Job Description
ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant - Glasgow - 2 days on-site, 6 months - £550 - 600
Act as the onshore technical lead for ServiceNow ITSM (HRSD also would be preferable), providing hands-on technical leadership across configuration, development, troubleshooting and platform enhancements.
The role will lead technical delivery, translate requirements into technical solutions, configure and develop ServiceNow functionality, review technical designs and changes, troubleshoot complex incidents and defects, work with the ServiceNow Architect to maintain technical standards, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to the offshore delivery team.
