Our client is a market leading FMCG organisation undergoing major business and technology transformation who are looking to hire a Business Change Manager to work across a portfolio of global change programmes.
What you'll be responsible for:

• Lead end to end change activity across technology, AI and transformation projects
  
• Assess current processes and define future ways of working, maturing the change playbook
  
• Develop stakeholder, communication and adoption plans
• Support training, engagement and change readiness
• Track adoption, benefits and change success

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years' Change Management experience in a complex global environment
  
• Strong technology change / transformation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with change plans, training and adoption
• Global or multi-entity experience beneficial
• ERP / enterprise technology or AI experience advantageous
