Business Development Manager - Gift Cards

3-Month Contract | Watford (2-3 Days Onsite)

We're supporting a leading global retail organisation in the search for an Interim Gift Card Business Development Manager to join their European Gift Cards team.

Reporting to the Head of European Gift Cards, you'll play a critical role in driving growth across the gift card programme, managing key partnerships, and optimising B2B sales channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and bring specialist gift card experience into a fast-paced retail environment.

• Manage and develop relationships with key gift card partners and agencies
• Drive B2B gift card sales and identify new revenue opportunities
• Oversee the performance of the outsourced gift card agency partner
• Support online gift card channels and wider commercial initiatives
• Deliver actionable reporting and commercial insights
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, finance and operations
• Contribute to ad hoc gift card and customer experience projects

• Previous gift card industry experience is essential
• Strong business development and partnership management background
• Commercially minded with proven revenue growth experience
• Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Resilient, adaptable and able to work effectively in a changing environment
• Advanced Excel and reporting capability preferred
