About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered agents and workflow automation solutions within the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem.

The role will focus on building intelligent agents that automate activities across Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, helping reduce manual effort, improve data quality, streamline documentation, and accelerate business workflows.

You will work closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate business requirements into secure, scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related Microsoft AI technologies.
• Build workflow-driven AI agents to automate Product Lifecycle Management processes.
• Develop solutions that populate, update, validate, and manage business templates and documentation.
• Integrate Copilot solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.
• Build automated workflows connecting multiple business functions and stages of the product life cycle.
• Develop integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvement.
• Implement appropriate security, governance, compliance, monitoring, and access controls for AI solutions.
• Create reusable agent frameworks, components, and automation patterns to support future deployments.
• Support proof-of-concepts, pilot initiatives, and production-scale implementations.
• Produce technical documentation, user guidance, and best-practice materials.
• Support user adoption and provide training where required.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Microsoft platform expertise with practical experience building Generative AI and agentic automation solutions.

You should be comfortable working across both technical and business teams, understanding existing processes, identifying areas suitable for automation, and delivering production-ready AI solutions that are secure, maintainable, and scalable.

Experience delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments will be particularly valuable.
