Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Trainer - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Windsor, 1 day onsite) We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Trainer to support the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across Finance teams. In this role, you'll develop and deliver end-user training, create user guides and learning materials, and drive business readiness activities to ensure users are prepared for system deployment and organisational change. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver end-user training programmes for D365 F&O, facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and classroom-based sessions across GL, AP, AR, Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, and Financial Reporting Create and maintain user guides, quick reference guides, SOPs, training presentations, learning videos, and knowledge base articles reflecting approved business processes Support business readiness activities, assessing training needs, identifying knowledge gaps, and facilitating workshops and awareness sessions ahead of go-live Assist with UAT preparation and execution, developing training environments and business process scenarios, and capturing feedback to refine training content Provide floor-walking and hypercare support during deployment, assisting users with process queries and supporting transition to BAU support teams What You Will Ideally Bring 3-5+ years of experience delivering ERP or D365 training programmes, including experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments Strong understanding of Finance business processes Experience creating user guides, SOPs, process documentation, and training materials Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and business readiness activities, with strong facilitation and presentation skills Desirable, experience on large-scale ERP transformation programmes, change management/learning methodologies, digital learning platforms, and exposure to P2P, O2C, or R2R processes Contract Details Duration: 6 months Day Rate: Negotiable Determination: Inside IR35 Location: Hybrid, 1 day per week onsite, Windsor Start Date: ASAP Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Trainer - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Windsor, 1 day onsite)
