Digital Producer - Contentful

6 week contract - ASAP start

We're seeking an experienced Digital Producer to join a high-performing digital team responsible for delivering engaging customer experiences across web and digital platforms.

This role sits within a product-led environment where you'll be responsible for managing content updates, coordinating publishing activities and ensuring high-quality website experiences are delivered accurately and efficiently. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, SEO specialists and business stakeholders to support both day-to-day content changes and larger digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, update and publish content within a headless CMS environment.
  • Coordinate delivery of content changes, releases and digital improvements across multiple websites and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritise, schedule and deliver work within the product backlog.
  • Manage stakeholder requests from briefing through to successful publication.
  • Ensure content updates are delivered accurately, on time and in line with governance processes.
  • Support release planning and publishing activities across multiple digital products.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, SEO and product teams to improve customer journeys.
  • Maintain approval trails and publishing governance through tools such as Jira.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices within the wider digital team.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience working as a Digital Producer, Content Producer, Web Producer or similar digital content role.
  • Hands-on experience authoring content within a headless CMS such as Contentful.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using collaboration and delivery tools such as: Jira and Miro
  • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, design and SEO teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Understanding of content workflows, approvals and publishing governance.
  • Exposure to conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives.
  • Experience supporting or building A/B tests within a CMS environment.
