Responsibilities

- Work on large-scale infrastructure projects, supporting the design and implementation of solutions that directly support critical public services.
Required Skills / Qualifications
- Solid network support background - comfortable with multi-vendor environments
- Exposure to Juniper, Cisco, Aruba, or Fortinet technology (ideally more than one)
- Ready to transition: you want to own implementation, not just maintain
- A delivery mindset - you see a project through from start to finish
- ClearPass or ISE experience is a bonus, not a barrier

- Juniper MX & ACX
- Cisco Wireless & LAN
- Aruba Wireless & LAN
- Fortinet SD-WAN
- ClearPass / ISE (beneficial)
Location & Working Pattern
- On-call: 1 week in 11
- Hybrid: 3 days office (Salford or Lancaster) / 2 days from home
