As an Operations Integration Specialist at Thames Water, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our infrastructure, ensuring that every project is built not just to work, but to last. You won't just observe projects from the side-lines, but you'll be right at the core, championing operational needs from concept through to delivery. The role requires the ability to think at a strategic level, a good understanding of wider operational impacts regionally, as well as any demands or implications on operational roles. Fully embedded in Water Operational teams and supporting Capital Delivery, you'll be the essential link between planning and performance, strategy and practicality. This role will be based at one the UK's largest Water Treatment Works during an exciting period of major enhancement and refurbishment. You will be based at a site within the Thames Valley Region on a hybrid basis. Hours - Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week.
