Technical Team Lead - Real-Time Collections Dev

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Technical Team Lead for the EMEA Real Time Collections Development team within the D&A Shared Tech organisation. You will be the hands-on technical lead of developers, vendor resources and other technical roles across a regional programme.

The role focuses on delivering technology projects, ensuring SLAs, coordinating across distributed teams, and guiding adoption of best development practices, with emphasis on C++, cloud, and AI concepts.
