Overview
You will be a senior technical architect within Accenture's ServiceNow Business Group, leading the design and implementation of enterprise solutions and guiding development teams across multiple ServiceNow product lines.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers, ensuring quality through code and architectural reviews.
- Architect enterprise wide ServiceNow solutions and drive technical direction across ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM and other product lines.
- Operate as a Technical Design Authority, providing trusted advisory and governance to sponsors and stakeholders.
- Consult with client stakeholders, presenting options, pros, cons and risks to solve business and technical challenges.
- Integrate ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and external APIs using JavaScript, SQL and web services.
- Identify opportunities for additional value, innovation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and grow certification portfolio and pursue Certified Master Architect credentials.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams of ServiceNow developers in a technical management role.
- Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect with at least 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications.
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow Development and Technical Architecture across multiple product lines.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a Technical Design Authority mode with proven advisory experience.
- Strong scripting and integration skills in JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Nice to Have
- Cloud migration experience.
- GenAI experience.
- ITILv4 or equivalent certification.
- Availability to obtain Security Clearance (SC) or existing clearance.
