WMCA is seeking an experienced Head of Traffic Signals Technology and Design to shape the region's ITS strategy across the West Midlands. You will lead the development of the traffic signal network, ITS technology, and network management systems, working with local authorities and regional partners to deliver safer, smarter journeys.
You will guide policy, standards, and investment decisions to improve network resilience and optimize urban traffic control, with a strong emphasis on public
