IT Support Apprentice: 1st-Line Helpdesk & Training

Park's Motor Group in Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic IT apprentice to join our technical IT team for a 1-year program and to commence 1st line support for customers. You will be supported by experienced colleagues as you learn about the products and services Park's Motor Group provides.

This apprenticeship leads toward a QA diploma, with guidance and mentoring throughout the placement, and a structured path to develop hands-on IT and customer service skills.
