We're looking for a Digital Change Support Intern to join our People & Culture Services Team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience supporting digital transformation projects that improve the way People & Culture services are delivered across the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA).
This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn, with an interest in how technology can improve the way people work and access services. You'll enjoy working collaboratively, be confident using digital tools and be keen to develop your skills while contributing to projects that make a real difference across the People & Culture function. Whether you're interested in digital transformation, HR, project delivery or organisational development, this internship will provide an excellent foundation for your future career.
As part of the WMCA Year Intern Programme, you'll work on meaningful projects while developing the professional skills and experience needed to bridge the gap between academic study and employment. You'll also benefit from mentoring, structured learning and regular support throughout your placement.
This opportunity is open to penultimate year university students able to commit to a 12 month internship, as well as recent graduates looking to build their skills and gain valuable workplace experience.
