Faculty is seeking a proactive Business Technology Analyst to join our IT support team. You'll be the first contact for technical issues, helping colleagues access the tools they need to succeed and gaining hands-on exposure to security and strategic IT projects.
You'll onboard new staff, configure equipment and software, triage Level 1 incidents, and collaborate with engineers to maintain high standards of technical excellence. This role rewards initiative and teamwork.
