Part-Time IT Support Assistant - Empower Users

St Michael's Hospice is seeking a part-time IT Support Assistant to help staff and volunteers use technology confidently. You will explain technical topics clearly, be patient with users at different confidence levels, and look for small improvements to make systems easier to use across the hospice and its retail sites.

Duties include frontline IT support, assisting with laptops, passwords and printers, and contributing to a supportive, learning-focused team.
