Location: London 3-4 days per week onsite
Essential experience and skills:
- 8-10 years' experience as a Business Data Analyst, ESG Data Analyst or Data Governance professional.
- Strong background within Asset Management, Investment Management or Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with ESG data providers such as MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS ESG, S&P Global ESG and CDP.
- Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data mappings and business rules.
- Strong knowledge of ESG/sustainability datasets, corporate tree/issuer hierarchy data, data governance and data quality.

- Highly organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience operating within complex enterprise customer environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently whilst collaborating within fast-paced project teams.
