Hybrid Service Manager: QA & Safeguarding Lead

JAM Recruitment Ltd in Plymouth seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead Quality Assurance and Safeguarding within Children's Services. This is a 12-week interim assignment, hybrid with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote, 37 hours per week, starting 31 August 2026 under inside IR35.

You will oversee QA, audits and statutory processes, leading a team of Chairs and Reviewing Officers to ensure safeguarding standards and positive outcomes for children and young people.
