Are you an experienced programme delivery professional with a passion for operational excellence, people leadership and delivering outstanding participant experiences?

Join Imperial's Lifelong Learning team as a Programme Delivery Manager, where you will lead the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently, professionally and to the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape delivery operations within a growing and innovative area of Imperial.

What you would be doing
  • Lead operational planning and programme delivery across a portfolio of Lifelong Learning programmes
  • Lead and coordinate programme delivery teams across a portfolio of programmes, bringing together Programme Delivery Coordinators, Associates and seasonal staff to support high-quality delivery and an excellent participant experience
  • Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation to meet programme delivery demands
  • Work closely with senior colleagues, academics and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and resolve operational challenges
  • Monitor budgets, programme logistics and delivery performance to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Use data, feedback and insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support an exceptional participant experience

Further information

This is a full-time, open-ended role based in South Kensington, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends to support programme delivery, as well as occasional UK and international travel. The role may also involve supporting residential programmes on site. Time off in lieu and flexible working arrangements will be provided.

You will be required to undertake safeguarding training and act in accordance with Imperial's safeguarding policies and procedures. As this post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check , at the appropriate level, will be required for the successful candidate.
