Department Description The Role The Data Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven insights & automationis responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, producing reporting or automated processes/ETL solutions, supporting data quality initiatives, and translating business requirements into actionable insights. that support the Royalty and Copyright business. The role Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into reporting or automated solutions. Skills and Experience required Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.Experience development ETL/ELT solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance processes.Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.Knowledge of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.Knowledge of royalty and copyright processes.Experience working in Agile delivery environments.Music industry business knowledge.analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues,
