Ever Nimble is looking for an IT Project Engineer to join its Solutions team in Swansea, UK. The role focuses on delivering first- and second-line technical support, maintaining hardware, software, networks, servers, and handling on-site visits.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-line tech support to customers.
- Support hardware including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
- Support a broad range of software across multiple industries.
- Conduct on site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
- Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors as needed.
- Keep knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies up to date.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT Project or Solutions role.
- Hands on experience with hardware, software, systems, networks, Wi Fi, and servers.
- Experience monitoring and maintaining servers and networks.
- Advanced technical support skills for client stakeholders such as IT Managers.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and pay close attention to detail.
