Contract: 6 months (Likely Extension)
Rate: Up to £900 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London/Berkshire (1-2 days a month)

We're supporting a major UK organisation that is investing heavily in innovation and emerging technologies to create new digital products and services.

This isn't a traditional Product Manager role focused solely on backlog management or incremental feature delivery. We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for creating new products, exploring new ideas and taking concepts from discovery through to delivery.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, validate ideas and shape innovative products that deliver commercial value.

• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle from idea generation through to MVP and live deployment.
• Work closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders to build innovative digital products.
• Drive product discovery, customer research and experimentation to validate new concepts.
• Develop product strategy, vision and roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI where appropriate, to create customer and commercial value.
• Define and prioritise product backlogs based on customer needs, commercial impact and business priorities.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing investment decisions and product direction.
• Measure product success using customer feedback, commercial outcomes and product metrics.

• Significant experience as a Product Manager delivering digital products from concept through to launch.
• A genuine passion for building products rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
• Strong product discovery experience including customer research, experimentation and validation.
• A creative, innovation-focused mindset with the ability to challenge conventional thinking.
• Experience working within commercially focused product organisations where customer value and business outcomes drive decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working within Agile product teams.

• Experience building AI-enabled or data-driven products.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Machine Learning or other emerging technologies.
• Experience working in innovation, incubation or venture-style product environments.
• Experience taking products from idea through MVP to scaled production.
• Background working across multiple products or innovation portfolios.

This role would suit someone who enjoys creating new products rather than inheriting mature ones. You'll naturally be curious, commercially minded and comfortable working with ambiguity.

You're someone who enjoys asking "What should we build next?" rather than simply "What's next on the backlog?"

You'll combine strong product management fundamentals with an entrepreneurial mindset and be excited by turning new ideas into products that deliver measurable business value.
