Supported by a talented and driven team, everyone is free to be themselves, where respect is a given, and we're always there for one another.Your future, your benefitsHolidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays)Health and well-being benefits, including a virtual GP service and Employee Assistance Programme helpline, which includes free counselling sessionsAccess to fantastic discounts at cinemas, major retail brands, restaurants and coffee chains - simple and easy to access, making it possible to save hundreds of pounds a yearRecognition schemes, including Support Centre Heroes and service awardsYour future, your roleAs an Environments and Release Lead, you'll be:Responsible for coordinating and controlling IT environments and release activity across cloud and on-premise servicesEnsuring systems are ready, stable, secure, and available to support testing, deployment, and business changeLeading release planning, environment readiness, governance, and go-live coordination so that change is introduced in a controlled, repeatable, and low-risk way across the organisationCombining operational leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on oversight of release and environment processesWorking with Product Owners, Service Managers, Project Managers, technical teams, and suppliers to agree on release scope, entry criteria, and deployment approachReviewing and validating implementation plans, building completeness, test strategies, test evidence, and readiness criteria before release approvalIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating risks relating to environments, deployment, release scheduling, service continuity, and operational readinessYou will have:Proven experience in change management, release management, environment management, or service transitionExperience coordinating releases across cloud and on-premise environmentsA strong understanding of change, release, and service management principlesExperience working with stakeholders, service teams, technical teams, and third-party suppliersStrong planning, coordination, and communication skillsThe ability to identify and manage risk, dependencies, and operational readiness concernsExperience supporting CAB, go-live, and deployment planning activitiesA service-focused approach with strong ownership and initiativeEnjoy being part of a team that's passionate about supporting our practices and ultimately helping the nation smile.Your future starts hereBuild a fulfilling career with us, where you'll find the opportunity to develop your skills and shape your work life with a caring and inclusive team that supports one another.Click to apply now!MYDSC
