Hybrid Organisational Change Coordinator (Transition)

Morson is seeking an experienced Organisational Change support role for an onshore client in Barrow-in-Furness within the Oil & Gas sector. The role focuses on coordinating change activities and governance of the transition programme.

The successful candidate will assist in planning, execution, and reporting of change initiatives, maintain MoC processes and risk registers, and engage stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and safety compliance across multiple workstreams.
