Role Description
You will lead the technical performance and operational resilience of our UK property portfolio, ensuring workplaces are reliable, compliant and fit for purpose. This is a brand-new opportunity to shape a proactive mechanical asset strategy from the ground up, driving long-term performance, sustainability and investment decisions. Location: This role will be based primarily in our Guildford office with travel to other offices expected. Please note that this is a hybrid working role with the expectation that you attend the office a minimum of 2 days a week.
Salary InformationPay: Circa £70,000 per year. This is dependent on experience, skills and location and is part of our total reward package.
