Technical Product Owner, ServiceNow Platform

MAG (Airports Group) is seeking a Technical Product Owner to own the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM and HRSD. You will sit between the business and engineering to shape how the platform evolves, ensuring solutions stand the test of time and deliver real value beyond quick fixes.

You will work with engineers and stakeholders to prioritize work, manage the backlog, and drive scalable, maintainable outcomes across MAG's multi-site environment, including Manchester and EMA.
