On-Site IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) - 12-Month Contract

IT Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line) is required for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Durham. The role is on-site five days a week, delivering hands-on IT support to end users and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile devices and applications, manage user accounts (AD/365) and build/deploy IT equipment, while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to SLAs.
