NHS Grampian is seeking a motivated Support Manager to join the Acute Division of Surgery. This part-time, 18-hour-per-week post involves supporting operational and strategic delivery of surgical services, improving patient access and reducing waiting times.
The role requires collaboration with Unit Operational Managers, Service Managers, Clinical Leads and other managers, delivering high-quality services and contributing to performance standards. Interviews scheduled in August 2026.
